2019 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 3PK

Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is produced entirely from grapes grown in our vineyard on the mountainside near the town of Saint Helena in the Napa Valley. Grapes are hand - harvested at dawn, fermented, and barrel aged in 100% French oak for 22 months. The wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and was bottled without fining or filtration.

The 2019 vintage started with ample winter and spring rain. The summer was reminiscent of 2018, but with fewer heat spikes which gave us a long growing season. The resulting wine shows sufficient ripeness and density.

2019 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and opaque with a ruby rim and dark, mahogany center. On the nose, there is a beautiful aroma of cheery and vanilla highlighted by cedar, savory herbs and caramel. The palate follows through to add blueberry and blackberry in a structured wine with silky tannins.
