Katherine’s Cuvee Brut offers expressive aromas of apricot, pear, mango, and baked biscuits. The palate is rich and creamy yet balanced by natural acidity. Subtle toasted brioche notes and a touch of citrus and grapefruit complete this delicious vintage, produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The cuvee was aged 4 years prior to disgorgement.

The nose offers enticing aromas of fresh, wild strawberries, red currant, black currant, and exotic spices. The palate is fresh and finishes with a pure explosion of fruit. Katherine's Cuvee Rose was aged four years prior to bottling.
